Job Requirements

  • Ability to cover front desk during business hours
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage various duties simultaneously
  • Passion for community building and member engagement
  • Basic computer proficiency

Job Duties

  • Cover the front desk during business hours and act as an on-site point of contact
  • Greet members and guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
  • Ensure all visiting guests sign-in according to policy
  • Build relationships by learning member names and anticipating needs
  • Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization
  • Notify members of deliveries and answer member questions
  • Provide feedback on event programming and promote events
  • Celebrate members' successes with gifts and notes
  • Manage building operations including mail processing and keycard distribution
  • Support building safety and emergency equipment awareness
  • Assist with support for amenities like automated coffee machines
