Job Duties
- Cover the front desk during business hours
- Greet members and guests warmly
- Ensure guest sign-ins comply with policies
- Build relationships with members and guests
- Anticipate member and guest needs
- Maintain building-specific forms
- Keep front desk clean and organized
- Notify members of deliveries and couriers
- Answer member and guest questions
- Provide feedback on programming and events
- Celebrate member milestones
- Promote events and post related materials
- Ensure operational requirements for events
- Input notes on members
- Connect members with each other
- Recommend local amenities and services
- Engage members on WeWork network
- Communicate building policies and updates
- Adjust music levels appropriately
- Send building update broadcasts
- Receive and organize mail
- Issue posts via regional system
- Maintain mailroom cleanliness
- Return unclaimed mail
- Schedule courier pick-ups
- Investigate lost packages
- Explain mail policies
- Track and audit keys
- Manage keycard inventory
- Collect keys upon move-out
- Review emergency equipment usage
- Support automated coffee machine
