- customer service or sales experience a plus

Job Duties
- cover the front desk during business hours
- greet members and guests
- ensure guest compliance with sign-in policies
- build relationships with members
- anticipate member needs
- maintain front desk cleanliness and organization
- notify members of deliveries
- answer member inquiries
- provide feedback on programming
- celebrate member milestones
- promote events through posters
- meet operational event requirements
- input member notes into system
- connect members with each other
- recommend local services
- engage members on WeWork network
- communicate building updates and policies
- maintain appropriate event music levels
- write and send building broadcasts
- receive and organize mail
- issue posts to members
- keep mailroom clean
- handle unidentified and former member mail
- manage courier parcel details
- resolve lost packages
- explain mail policies
- track and organize keys
- manage keycard inventory
- collect keys upon move-out
- review emergency equipment usage
- support automated coffee machines
