Job Requirements

Live within 30 minutes of Boise city center
be at least 21 years of age
have reliable transportation options
availability to work 19 hours per week
no conflicts of interest such as business ownership or affiliation with direct competitors
meet Yelp Elite Squad eligibility requirements and comply with Elite Terms of Membership
adhere to Yelp's guidelines against accepting compensation for promotions

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred
strong event planning skills
social media and marketing experience
excellent written and verbal communication skills
proven ability to work autonomously
knowledge of the Boise local scene
experience in community engagement or marketing beneficial

Job Duties

Be the face of Yelp in your region attending local events and building relationships with local business owners and community organizers
conceptualize plan and execute Yelp events in your region
engage with your local Yelp Elite squad online and offline by hosting Yelp Elite events at local businesses and keeping them up to date on the latest happenings
build Yelp collections for the Local Yelp newsletter featuring weekly themes highlighting the best local businesses
manage the day-to-day curation and growth of Yelp's local social media presence across Instagram and Twitter
