Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in a relevant major preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Reliable and self-disciplined
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Ability to work evening and weekend hours including resident lockouts
- Availability to work during summer and Turn period

- Enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in a relevant major preferred such as business administration, marketing, communications, accounting, information technology, public relations
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Job Duties
- Understand the housing contract and related addendums and communicate information clearly to prospective residents, residents, and guarantors
- Generate new leads and complete guest cards
- Schedule and conduct tours
- Follow up with leads
- Assist in promoting the community via social media platforms and participate in on- and off-campus marketing events
- Assist with email and text campaigns in Entrata and TextUs
- Represent the community and Landmark Properties professionally
- Maintain a positive community environment and encourage participation in residence life activities
- Assist in resolving resident concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate manager
- Perform daily opening and closing checklists including model and tour route inspection and housekeeping
- Attend and contribute to staff meetings
- Respond to internet and telephone inquiries promptly and professionally
- Enter maintenance requests as needed
- Keep detailed activity logs in prospect and resident accounts
- Label and log packages and send resident notifications
- Enforce community policies and report housing contract violations
- Adhere to corporate procedures and fair housing laws
- Participate in unit Turn activities including move-in and move-out days, inspections, and trash-outs
