Job Requirements
- Associate's degree and 3 years of concierge-oriented customer service experience or Bachelor's degree and 2 years of concierge-oriented customer service experience or 4 years of concierge-oriented customer service experience
- Knowledge of HCSC customer service systems, processes, and products
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience building trust and providing concierge level of service, maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism
- Attention to detail and strong documentation skills with ability to multitask and prioritize as necessary
- Web and PC proficiency including Workday, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce
- Must be able to move equipment and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must be willing to conduct and participate in outdoor activities/events including weekends, after hours, and one Sunday annually
Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree and 3 years of concierge-oriented customer service experience or Bachelor's degree and 2 years of concierge-oriented customer service experience or 4 years of concierge-oriented customer service experience
- Knowledge of HCSC customer service systems, processes, and products
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience providing concierge-level service with high ethical standards and professionalism
- Attention to detail and strong documentation skills
- Proficiency with Workday, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
- Bilingual skills preferred
- Degree in Health Science or Health Studies preferred
- Experience in insurance or healthcare customer service environment preferred
- Knowledge of health benefit plans and insurance industry preferred
Job Duties
- Advocate compassionately for visitors and provide concierge-level customer service
- Assist visitors in maximizing their health benefits and navigating healthcare systems
- Educate community members about health and wellness programs at the center
- Assess available tools and resources to support visitor decision-making regarding health and well-being
- Lead projects and contribute to training efforts for team members
- Participate in outdoor activities and events, including weekends and after-hours shifts
- Handle physical tasks such as moving equipment and lifting up to 25 pounds
