Job Requirements

associate's degree and 3 years of concierge-oriented customer service experience or bachelor's degree and 2 years of concierge-oriented customer service experience or 4 years of concierge-oriented customer service experience
knowledge of customer service systems, processes, and healthcare products
knowledge of medical terminology
ability to build trust and provide concierge-level service
strong attention to detail and documentation
proficiency in web and PC applications including Workday, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
ability to move equipment and lift up to 25 lbs
availability to work weekends, after hours, and one Sunday per year

Job Qualifications

bilingual skills preferred
degree in health science or health studies preferred
experience with health benefits and insurance industry preferred
