Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 2-4 years of relevant marketing experience
  • proficiency in marketing software and web analytics
  • experience with SEO, SEM, and social media platforms
  • strong organizational and project management skills
  • ability to analyze and adjust marketing strategies based on metrics
  • excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Master's degree in Marketing, Communications preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing program development and execution
  • proficiency in marketing software, web analytics tools, and design programs
  • experience with SEO, SEM, and social media marketing platforms
  • familiarity with PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, Adobe, and HubSpot is a plus
  • strong organizational and project management skills
  • ability to measure and analyze marketing campaign success and adjust strategies accordingly

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement marketing programs to enhance the Atlas brand
  • evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to drive sales, foster brand growth, and increase customer loyalty
  • leverage traditional and digital marketing strategies to optimize SEO and manage SEM/paid search campaigns
  • integrate promotional elements into marketing strategies and optimize communication channels
  • provide design leadership for collateral materials, web content, and visual media
  • coordinate and manage corporate meetings, events, and trade shows
  • enforce brand marketing guidelines and collaborate with legal teams on trademark agreements
  • collaborate with Product Managers to ensure business objectives are met
  • stay current on industry trends and provide actionable insights
  • review and synthesize data to inform marketing decisions
