Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2-4 years of relevant marketing experience
- proficiency in marketing software and web analytics
- experience with SEO, SEM, and social media platforms
- strong organizational and project management skills
- ability to analyze and adjust marketing strategies based on metrics
- excellent communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Master's degree in Marketing, Communications preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing program development and execution
- proficiency in marketing software, web analytics tools, and design programs
- experience with SEO, SEM, and social media marketing platforms
- familiarity with PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, Adobe, and HubSpot is a plus
- strong organizational and project management skills
- ability to measure and analyze marketing campaign success and adjust strategies accordingly
Job Duties
- Develop and implement marketing programs to enhance the Atlas brand
- evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to drive sales, foster brand growth, and increase customer loyalty
- leverage traditional and digital marketing strategies to optimize SEO and manage SEM/paid search campaigns
- integrate promotional elements into marketing strategies and optimize communication channels
- provide design leadership for collateral materials, web content, and visual media
- coordinate and manage corporate meetings, events, and trade shows
- enforce brand marketing guidelines and collaborate with legal teams on trademark agreements
- collaborate with Product Managers to ensure business objectives are met
- stay current on industry trends and provide actionable insights
- review and synthesize data to inform marketing decisions
