Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple dispatch calls efficiently
  • Previous experience in dispatching or emergency communications preferred but not required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Capacity to use surveillance and weather monitoring technology
  • Commitment to guest safety and satisfaction

Job Duties

  • Dispatch all routine and emergency calls for security, park operations and maintenance in an efficient and professional manner based upon training and park policy
  • Monitor surveillance equipment and weather software, making appropriate notifications when directed
  • Contact appropriate outside resources in cases of emergency or under the direction of management
  • Prioritize calls for service based on training and urgency
  • Stay calm and focused during high-pressure situations
  • Coordinate the allocation of resources across park departments
  • Ensure clear and effective communication among departments for incident resolution
