Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple dispatch calls efficiently
- Previous experience in dispatching or emergency communications preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Capacity to use surveillance and weather monitoring technology
- Commitment to guest safety and satisfaction

Job Duties
- Dispatch all routine and emergency calls for security, park operations and maintenance in an efficient and professional manner based upon training and park policy
- Monitor surveillance equipment and weather software, making appropriate notifications when directed
- Contact appropriate outside resources in cases of emergency or under the direction of management
- Prioritize calls for service based on training and urgency
- Stay calm and focused during high-pressure situations
- Coordinate the allocation of resources across park departments
- Ensure clear and effective communication among departments for incident resolution
