Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or related field
- Experience with social media platforms and digital communications
- Experience with CRM databases and webinar technology
- Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva
- Basic video editing skills
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to social justice and advocacy for people with disabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to promote independence and self-determination for people with disabilities
- Willingness to obtain a national security clearance

- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Manage dLCV’s social networking presence across multiple platforms
- Develop and schedule digital content promoting dLCV programs and advocacy
- Optimize communications platforms to increase engagement
- Create and coordinate branded communications materials including social media content and newsletters
- Assist with short-form digital storytelling and basic video editing
- Maintain and update website content and online resources
- Assist with planning and promoting organizational events, trainings, and outreach activities
