Job Duties

  • Support and uphold the philosophy of Catholic ministry and mission of the parish
  • Act as a witness to Gospel values by modeling Catholic teachings
  • Participate in religious ceremonies, training, and reflection activities
  • Convey parish messages through paper communications and digital platforms
  • Maintain parish website and calendar with timely updates
  • Collect and analyze data and analytics for effective communication
  • Coordinate photography for promotional materials and maintain media archives
  • Attend staff meetings to stay informed on parish operations
  • Plan, coordinate, and organize parish-wide events and activities
  • Provide communications support for stewardship and fundraising campaigns
  • Design and implement communication strategies for events and projects
  • Collect, edit, and design content for weekly bulletin
  • Facilitate collaboration by consulting with staff and ministry leaders
  • Promote parish communications via announcements, emails, apps, and social media
  • Interface with local community media following diocesan guidelines
  • Establish and maintain parish branding consistency
  • Provide administrative support as needed
