Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to handle cash accurately
- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Availability to participate in marketing events and performances
- Must maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code standards
Job Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Ability to perform in front of an audience during comedy acts and promotional events
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to develop and maintain positive guest relationships
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Provide and expedite beverage orders for guests
- Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned area, side station, tables, and POS station
- Perform on-stage in comedy act, photo-shoots and other marketing events for purpose of developing and marketing the brand, attend activities outside of venue
- Collect money and follow all proper cash handling and comp procedures
- Focus on the development of a personal clientele list
- Maintain assigned wardrobe and/or costumes in accordance with established standard
- Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority
- otherwise refer the matter to management
- notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft
