Job Requirements

  • Valid and clean driver’s license
  • Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work a full shift (8 hours) walking/standing with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to push and pull carts and equipment
  • Ability to bend, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Prior hospitality experience, preferred
  • Positive interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly manner
  • Maintain all public spaces in the resort in compliance with all standards of efficiency and quality
  • Maintain outstanding cleanliness of the lobby
  • Collect and replenish pool towels and supervise inventory to minimize loss while ensuring towels are stocked and dirty towels are removed
  • Be knowledgeable of the Hilton Grand Vacations property
  • Display positive image at all times through appearance and conduct
  • Other duties as assigned by your leader
