Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift heavy items and work on feet for extended periods
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Availability to work early dispatch times Monday through Friday
  • Willingness to participate in training and career development programs
  • Must pass background check, drug test, and physical exam
  • Valid New Mexico driver’s license
  • Eligible to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Entry level - no experience required
  • Previous experience in warehouse work, delivery driving, package handling or manual labor is a plus
  • Desire to become a route driver
  • Valid New Mexico driver’s license
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background check, motor vehicle report, drug test, and physical examination

Job Duties

  • Assist with the delivery of up to 1,400 cases by hand daily
  • Load and unload delivery trucks safely
  • Support route drivers in timely deliveries
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery equipment
  • Follow safety protocols and company policies
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers
  • Participate in paid training programs to obtain CDL
