Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift heavy items and work on feet for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Availability to work early dispatch times Monday through Friday
- Willingness to participate in training and career development programs
- Must pass background check, drug test, and physical exam
- Valid New Mexico driver’s license
- Eligible to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Entry level - no experience required
- Previous experience in warehouse work, delivery driving, package handling or manual labor is a plus
- Desire to become a route driver
- Valid New Mexico driver’s license
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check, motor vehicle report, drug test, and physical examination
Job Duties
- Assist with the delivery of up to 1,400 cases by hand daily
- Load and unload delivery trucks safely
- Support route drivers in timely deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery equipment
- Follow safety protocols and company policies
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Participate in paid training programs to obtain CDL
