Job Requirements
- ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
- ability to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs
- frequently immerse hands in water and water diluted with chemical solutions

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a cleaning or sanitation role is an advantage but not required
- ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
- ability to comprehend and follow instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents
- strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
Job Duties
- Clean equipment including work tables, refrigerators, and meat blocks
- clean utensils, pots and pans by hand washing or dishwashing machine
- return clean utensils and cookware to proper places
- remove trash and garbage to designated areas
- sweep, mop, scrub and buff floors using heavy equipment
- clean walls, windows and steam clean trashcans
- stock, date, rotate and check temperature of products
- transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or hand truck
- load and unload supply trucks
- follow all security and safety procedures established by the company
