Job Requirements
- Ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs
- Frequently immerse hands in water and water diluted with chemical solutions
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Qualifications
- Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
- Ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents
- Demonstrated ability to follow safety and security procedures
- Experience in cleaning or hospitality environments preferred
Job Duties
- Clean equipment including work tables, refrigerators, and meat blocks
- Wash utensils, pots, and pans by hand or in dishwashing machines
- Return clean utensils and equipment to proper places
- Remove trash and garbage to designated areas
- Sweep, mop, scrub, and buff floors using heavy equipment
- Clean walls, windows, and steam clean trashcans
- Stock, date, rotate, and check temperature of product
