Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- two years experience in a related employment environment or equivalent
- ability to supervise staff and manage commissary operations
- knowledge of point-of-sale systems
- ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
- capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing
- willingness to wear required uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment
- ability to follow and implement emergency procedures
Job Qualifications
- Two years experience in a like employment environment or equivalent
- high school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Supervises the receiving, tagging, pricing, and storing of all incoming merchandise
- assigns daily tasks to Gift Commissary staff and ensures tasks are performed correctly and timely while maintaining high standards of customer service
- coordinates the moving of incoming merchandise to retail office, storage areas, or display floor
- cashiers when vital to expedite guest purchasing
- orchestrates special projects such as holidays and events
- communicates new product and procedure information to team members
- collaborates with General Manager and Commissary Manager to take inventory and maximize productivity
- maintains a full understanding of the point-of-sale system
- assists all guests as needed
- trains new hires on POS, safety, and job responsibilities
- implements and follows up on all emergency procedures
