Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- up to 2 years of related experience in food and beverage or food production operations
- ability to manage and lead a team

Job Qualifications
- Up to 2 years of job-related experience in low volume and/or multi-unit food and beverage or food production operations
- demonstrated team management skills
- ability to delegate and resolve issues effectively
- knowledge of HMSHost policies, product, service, quality, equipment and operations standards
- ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions and policy documents
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Supervises the day-to-day activities of non-management associates
- assigns work responsibilities and ensures that all shifts are covered
- conducts and coordinates on-the-job training for associates
- ensures all associates receive basic skills training to perform their jobs
- resolves routine questions and problems and refers complex issues to higher management
- provides recommendations for hiring, firing, advancement, promotion or status changes of associates
- supports compliance with HMSHost policies and quality standards
