Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • working knowledge of and ability to speak and understand basic English required
  • maintains a valid Food Handler's Card at all times and follows health department guidelines
  • must demonstrate regular attendance and punctuality
  • ability to work a variety of days and shifts including weekends and holidays
  • basic math skills required
  • prior professional pastry experience or pastry program completion preferred
  • prior experience using a Rondo Polyline preferred

Job Duties

  • Produce accurate quantities of croissants, cookies, and rustic pastries
  • maintain high-quality standards in all products
  • work cooperatively as part of a production team
  • adhere to health department guidelines and safety standards
  • maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
  • operate bakery equipment including Rondo Polyline, preferred
  • participate in continuous skill improvement
