Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- working knowledge of and ability to speak and understand basic English required
- maintains a valid Food Handler's Card at all times and follows health department guidelines
- must demonstrate regular attendance and punctuality
- ability to work a variety of days and shifts including weekends and holidays
- basic math skills required
- prior professional pastry experience or pastry program completion preferred
- prior experience using a Rondo Polyline preferred

Job Duties
- Produce accurate quantities of croissants, cookies, and rustic pastries
- maintain high-quality standards in all products
- work cooperatively as part of a production team
- adhere to health department guidelines and safety standards
- maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
- operate bakery equipment including Rondo Polyline, preferred
- participate in continuous skill improvement
