Job Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Culinary or related field
- minimum five years of experience in food and beverage operations or related industry
- production kitchen management experience preferred
- demonstrated ability to operate a food and beverage business

- ability to manage inventory and control expenses

Job Duties
- Ensures outstanding guest service by creating a guest-friendly environment and maintaining high service standards
- recruits, hires, trains, and develops kitchen staff while assessing performance regularly
- assigns daily goals and tasks independently and ensures their completion through follow-up
- creates kitchen schedules and makes necessary adjustments
- makes employment disciplinary decisions when required
- implements and maintains SSP and brand partner guest service standards
- controls food quality and presentation to meet company standards
- manages inventory, purchasing, and receiving to control costs and minimize shortages
