Job Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Culinary or related field
  • minimum five years of experience in food and beverage operations or related industry
  • production kitchen management experience preferred
  • demonstrated ability to operate a food and beverage business
  • strong leadership skills
  • excellent communication abilities
  • ability to manage inventory and control expenses

Job Qualifications

  • production kitchen management experience preferred
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to develop menus and manage kitchen costs

Job Duties

  • Ensures outstanding guest service by creating a guest-friendly environment and maintaining high service standards
  • recruits, hires, trains, and develops kitchen staff while assessing performance regularly
  • assigns daily goals and tasks independently and ensures their completion through follow-up
  • creates kitchen schedules and makes necessary adjustments
  • makes employment disciplinary decisions when required
  • implements and maintains SSP and brand partner guest service standards
  • controls food quality and presentation to meet company standards
  • manages inventory, purchasing, and receiving to control costs and minimize shortages
