Job Requirements

- Prior experience in food preparation or production preferred
- Ability to adhere to food safety standards and procedures
- Capability to operate kitchen utensils and equipment safely
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, twist, and lift over 40 lbs

Job Duties
- Prepare various food prep products
- Operate a variety of kitchen utensils and equipment for weighing, measuring, mixing, etc
- Follow recipes and product directions for proper food preparation
- Prep foods using methods of peeling, cutting, slicing, straining, stirring, or kneading
- Ensure proper food handling procedures including wrapping, labeling, dating, and stock rotation and checking product temperatures
- Receive food and beverage product supplies and stock areas as needed
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or cart
- Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment
- Assist with a variety of kitchen-related functions as needed
- Perform other duties as required by management
