Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior culinary experience preferred
- ability to safely handle knives and kitchen equipment
- physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, stand, and walk for extended periods
- willingness to wear uniforms and personal protective equipment
- compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines

- previous experience in a commercial kitchen preferred
- knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures
- ability to operate kitchen equipment safely
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- basic knife handling skills
- ability to follow standardized recipes and production guidelines
Job Duties
- Schedule and assign daily work to the food service team
- train and guide staff on job duties and food safety procedures
- cook and prepare a variety of foods according to recipes and production guidelines
- set up workstation with required ingredients and equipment
- prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling
- safely use knives and kitchen utensils
- operate cooking equipment such as ovens, stoves, slicers, and mixers
- bake, roast, broil, steam, and cook foods following established methods
- arrange, garnish, and portion food according to standards
- properly store food following food safety policies
- clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
- maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude
- adhere to safety policies including food safety and sanitation
- ensure security of company assets
