Job Requirements

  • Pursuing at minimum a Bachelor’s degree
  • experience with learning management systems preferred

  • ability to manage multiple responsibilities concurrently

Job Qualifications

  • Pursuing at minimum a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, agricultural business, agricultural education, agricultural systems management/technology, construction technologies or a related field
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • proficiency with learning management systems and virtual communication tools
  • attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Job Duties

  • Assisting with learning management system (LMS) administration, including class setup, closure, and occasional direct class administration
  • reviewing web-based training modules to ensure functionality and accessibility
  • preparing materials for in-person events, including printed resources, giveaways, and instructor tools such as schedules
  • supporting virtual training sessions on Teams by assisting with setup and tear-down activities
  • assisting with local Ride and Drive events by helping coordinate logistics and participant materials
  • handling pre- and post-class logistics to streamline training delivery and enhance the learner experience
