The 45th Force Support Squadron (FSS) Marketing Office is an integral part of the United States Air Force's commitment to providing high-quality Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) activities to Air Force and Space Force personnel. The 45 FSS Marketing Office operates within a dynamic environment, focusing on enhancing the visibility and participation of various Force Support Squadron activities through strategic marketing, publicity, and commercial sponsorship. Job Requirements
- Must complete a favorable background investigation
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
- Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
- Must successfully complete a preemployment physical exam
- Subject to random drug testing
- U.S. citizens or non-U.S. nationals with 3-year residency requirement
- Male applicants born after Dec 31, 1959 must be registered for Selective Service
- Must provide REAL ID or authorized identity documents for installation access
- Must satisfactorily complete employment verification
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of progressively responsible administrative or professional experience related to marketing or commercial sponsorship
- Experience in commercial marketing or advertising agencies preferred
- Ability to plan and implement marketing programs
- Skilled in composing written materials and conducting presentations
- Experience in soliciting and negotiating sponsorship agreements
- Knowledgeable in marketing principles and commercial sponsorship practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Assist the Marketing Operations Supervisor in maintaining marketing and communications plans
- Acquire and coordinate commercial sponsorship for Force Support Squadron activities
- Develop solicitation packets and solicit sponsorships from various geographic levels
- Negotiate sponsorship terms and execute supporting documents
- Ensure sponsorship agreements comply with Air Force regulations and policies
- Serve as point of contact for sponsors during events
- Develop advertising strategies, pricing, and rate structures
- Track payments and ensure financial accountability
- Compile publicity and prepare after-action reports
- Perform other related duties as assigned
