Job Requirements
- Direct deposit and Social Security Card required
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements
- One-year probationary period may be required
- Satisfactorily complete employment verification (E-Verify)
- Must pass Tier 1 background investigation
- Required to submit Financial Disclosure Statement (OGE-450) upon entry and annually
- Ability to obtain and maintain valid motor vehicle operator's permit

Job Qualifications
- Demonstrated work experience related to sales duties
- Knowledge of commercial sponsorship practices and advertising theory
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Organized and focused on priorities that move the sales process forward
- Creative thinker able to match marketers' goals with military audiences
- Ability to work independently and be self motivated
- General knowledge of the military environment desirable
- Strong follow-up communication and time management skills
- Ability to research and study client products, services, and needs
- Ability to maintain sales automation processes
- Experience giving oral presentations preferred
- Understanding of the military market/demographic preferred
- Experience soliciting and activating advertising and sponsorship
- Experience maintaining documentation on sales leads and client information
- Experience using Microsoft programs for proposals, reports, and presentations
Job Duties
- Responsible for the development of all sponsorship and advertising sales using a customer-focused consultative selling process
- Provide client-need based account management to maximize client/agency results and revenue growth
- Sell Army MWR media assets to clients by providing value through digital signage, web and traditional media channels
- Develop proposals, meet and present to clients
- maintain a database of active accounts and revenue forecasts
- Work closely with internal teams to develop integrated advertising programs
- Negotiate pricing and placement for sales campaigns
- Coordinate MWR advertising and sponsorship revenue generation through solicitation of commercial businesses
- Consistently achieve sales goals and actively manage/prospect for new clients
- Perform other duties as assigned
