Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • proven success in B2B sales especially in service or operational industries
  • strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • familiarity with business landscape of Eugene-Springfield and surrounding communities
  • proficiency in CRM and computer software
  • active listening and problem-solving skills
  • ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • strong understanding of market trends and customer needs in the region
  • ability to pass background screening

Job Duties

  • Drive new business opportunities by prospecting, developing leads, and cold calling
  • develop leads, maintain prospective customer lists, and identify opportunities to expand client services
  • build and foster a network of referrals to generate growth
  • optimize the sales cycle to advance business at every sales stage
  • develop long-lasting client relationships by maintaining integrity and customer service
  • develop internal relationships with operations, marketing, and corporate departments
  • ensure pest control solutions comply with local regulations and company protocols
  • represent Sprague by driving company vehicle to client sites and events
  • inspect client sites partnering with managers and technicians
  • develop proposals according to pricing strategy
  • write reports, proposals, and presentations
  • deliver professional presentations and demonstrations
  • coordinate sales with marketing, management, operations, and technical services
  • communicate product value to overcome objections and close deals
  • conduct business reviews with existing clients
  • introduce service teams early to clients
  • perform other duties as assigned
