Job Requirements

  • valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • prior sales experience in B2B, automotive, tire, or fleet industries preferred
  • basic understanding of tire types, commercial vehicle maintenance, or willingness to learn
  • ability to travel locally for customer visits

Job Duties

  • generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, and relationship-building with fleet managers, trucking companies, and owner-operators
  • maintain and grow existing customer accounts by providing exceptional service and follow-up
  • recommend appropriate tires and maintenance services based on customer needs, vehicle specifications, and usage patterns
  • develop sales proposals, quotes, and contracts
  • collaborate with service teams to ensure timely delivery and service fulfillment
  • stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies such as TPMS, retreading, fleet services
  • achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • use CRM tools and reporting systems to track leads, opportunities, and sales performance
