- Ten years of commercial real estate banking experience preferred
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum ten years of commercial real estate banking experience
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments effectively
- Proven network in Atlanta and Georgia commercial real estate markets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive and team-oriented approach to work
Job Duties
- Identify, win, and grow relationships with professional real estate developers and operators
- Engage monthly with clients and prospective clients focusing on client strategies and financing needs
- Develop and implement sales plans for new and existing clients including cross-selling of bank products
- Administer client portfolios and focus on client servicing
- Maintain thorough knowledge of debt and deposit services
- Collaborate with teams to meet client goals and enhance client satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
