Job Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in three years
  • ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
  • availability to work flexible hours
  • willingness to travel for site visits
  • capacity to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift moderate weight
  • good vision including close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception
  • use of personal cell phone for work-related tasks as needed
  • commitment to maintaining operational standards and customer service excellence

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum 1 year supervisory experience preferred
  • customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • management or leadership training preferred
  • strong client relationship skills
  • effective problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • knowledgeable in payroll management and scheduling
  • proficient with relevant operational software
  • excellent communication and reporting skills
  • adaptable and flexible in managing multiple locations and tasks

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of commercial parking facilities
  • manage staff scheduling, recruitment, and training
  • track site-level revenue, payroll, and expenses
  • maintain client and property stakeholder communication
