Job Requirements
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in three years
- ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
- availability to work flexible hours
- willingness to travel for site visits
- capacity to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift moderate weight
- good vision including close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception
- use of personal cell phone for work-related tasks as needed
- commitment to maintaining operational standards and customer service excellence
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum 1 year supervisory experience preferred
- customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- management or leadership training preferred
- strong client relationship skills
- effective problem-solving and analytical abilities
- knowledgeable in payroll management and scheduling
- proficient with relevant operational software
- excellent communication and reporting skills
- adaptable and flexible in managing multiple locations and tasks
Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of commercial parking facilities
- manage staff scheduling, recruitment, and training
- track site-level revenue, payroll, and expenses
- maintain client and property stakeholder communication
- conduct frequent site visits for quality assurance and operational issue resolution
- ensure safety and compliance standards are met
- provide regular reports and updates to regional leadership
