Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • one year minimum previous supervisory or related customer service/hospitality experience preferred
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in three years
  • clean background check
  • ability to work flexible hours
  • commitment to safety and compliance
  • willingness to travel
  • effective communication skills
  • adaptability to changing environments
  • proficiency in relevant technology

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of commercial parking facilities
  • manage staffing, scheduling, and quality assurance
  • track site-level revenue, payroll, and expenses
  • maintain strong client relationships and serve as main point of contact
  • recruit, train, and supervise hourly associates
  • conduct regular site visits to resolve operational issues
  • prepare and communicate performance reports to regional leadership
