Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- one year minimum previous supervisory or related customer service/hospitality experience preferred
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in three years
- clean background check
- ability to work flexible hours
- commitment to safety and compliance
- willingness to travel
- effective communication skills
- adaptability to changing environments
- proficiency in relevant technology
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of commercial parking facilities
- manage staffing, scheduling, and quality assurance
- track site-level revenue, payroll, and expenses
- maintain strong client relationships and serve as main point of contact
- recruit, train, and supervise hourly associates
- conduct regular site visits to resolve operational issues
- prepare and communicate performance reports to regional leadership
