Job Requirements

  • Relevant education in hospitality, business or related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in commercial leadership roles
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute commercial strategies
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in financial analysis and forecasting
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to travel for sales events and meetings
  • Commitment to Hilton's values and brand standards

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hospitality or travel industry in revenue generating or commercial role
  • Experience in presenting sales plans and strategies to senior executives
  • Experience working in a collaborative, matrixed environment
  • Ability to work with financial data to make strategic decisions
  • Experience evaluating and identifying business opportunities
  • Proven leadership and management experience of sales or commercial teams
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience working in multi-complex hotel environments
  • Knowledge of marketing, e-commerce, and finance
  • Additional local language skills are an advantage

Job Duties

  • Drive top-line budget and forecast by implementing commercial strategy and business plans
  • Deliver budgeted revenues across all revenue streams including rooms, GC&E, F&B, leisure, and spa
  • Collaborate with GM, Finance, and Operations to maximize profits aligned with TGOP and EBITDA targets
  • Ensure business review guidelines and pricing strategies are in place to maximize sales and catering opportunities
  • Support on-property and regional marketing, sales, and PR activities
  • Coordinate with revenue management teams to optimize demand mix, forecasting, and pricing strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, owners, and Hilton support teams
  • Present commercial strategies to regional teams and key stakeholders
  • Conform to Hilton brand standards and communication tools
  • Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Participate in leadership activities for hotel and region
  • Develop and manage sales teams and promote high performance
  • Prepare contracts and sales plans aligned with business objectives
  • Analyze local market trends and competition to identify business leads
  • Drive key inbound markets and attend sales events and trade shows as required
