Job Requirements

  • 25 years of full-time work experience
  • 10 most current years of Commercial Lines Property and Casualty insurance experience
  • Ability to work remotely with reliable internet
  • Strong computer skills including experience with agency management software systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to manage time efficiently
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

Job Qualifications

  • 25 years of full-time work experience
  • 10 most current years of Commercial Lines Property and Casualty insurance experience
  • Proficiency with EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta, or Hawksoft agency management systems preferred
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Manage Commercial Lines client accounts focusing on building and strengthening relationships by providing exceptional customer service
  • Prepare applications and market new and renewal risks
  • Review contracts and issue Certificates of Insurance (COI)
  • Coordinate with underwriters to obtain quotes, bind coverage and issue policies
  • Review policies, binders, and endorsements for accuracy and completeness
  • Utilize insurance agency management systems such as EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta, or Hawksoft independently
  • Support client broker relationships in Property and Casualty insurance sectors
