Job Requirements
- 25 years of full-time work experience
- 10 most current years of Commercial Lines Property and Casualty insurance experience
- Ability to work remotely with reliable internet
- Strong computer skills including experience with agency management software systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to manage time efficiently
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Job Qualifications
- 25 years of full-time work experience
- 10 most current years of Commercial Lines Property and Casualty insurance experience
- Proficiency with EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta, or Hawksoft agency management systems preferred
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Manage Commercial Lines client accounts focusing on building and strengthening relationships by providing exceptional customer service
- Prepare applications and market new and renewal risks
- Review contracts and issue Certificates of Insurance (COI)
- Coordinate with underwriters to obtain quotes, bind coverage and issue policies
- Review policies, binders, and endorsements for accuracy and completeness
- Utilize insurance agency management systems such as EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta, or Hawksoft independently
- Support client broker relationships in Property and Casualty insurance sectors
