Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of related work experience
- Ability to perform physical tasks requiring lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to communicate clearly in Spanish and English
- Willingness to follow safety procedures and company policies
- Availability to work full time on site at Sheraton Dallas Hotel
- No supervisory experience required
- No specific certifications required

- Technical, vocational, or trade school diploma or certificate preferred
- At least two years of related work experience
- Strong knowledge of vehicle and equipment maintenance procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation

- Physically capable of performing job-related tasks
Job Duties
- Perform routine minor maintenance on hotel vehicles such as construction trucks, shuttle vans, and electric carts including checking oil, fluid levels, tire pressure and wear, recharging batteries, and replacing spark plugs
- Conduct preventive maintenance on tools and equipment including cleaning and lubrication
- Maintain proper maintenance inventory and order parts and supplies as needed
- Keep daily records of operation, maintenance, safety activities, and test results
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, report maintenance problems and safety hazards, participate in safety training, and store flammable materials safely
- Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and guests, prepare and review accurate documentation, answer phones using proper protocol
- Cultivate positive working relationships, support team goals, and address coworker concerns appropriately
- Lift, move, push, pull, and position objects weighing up to 50 pounds independently
- Perform other reasonable job duties requested by supervisors
