Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and manage your day effectively
- Comfortable working overtime and on-call rotations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and high energy
- Ability to handle physical demands such as lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working in tight spaces
- Willingness to wear protective equipment and work in various weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage daily schedule effectively
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Performing service, repair, installation, and maintenance on commercial kitchen equipment
- Diagnosing mechanical, electronic, and electrical issues and repairing to manufacturer specifications
- Coordinating daily schedules with dispatch and communicating delays professionally
- Managing accurate electronic work orders and documentation using company-issued tools
- Answering customer questions and identifying additional service needs
- Participating in rotating on-call shifts for emergency services
- Maintaining company vehicle, tools, and inventory to high standards
- Attending ongoing technical training
- Reporting safety concerns and identifying new business opportunities
- Supporting a culture of service, excellence, and safety
