Job Requirements
- 3+ years commercial lines insurance experience preferred
- Strong account management experience in a professional services environment
- Entry-level insurance experience (CSR/personal lines) seeking growth into commercial lines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to explain coverage details clearly and effectively
- Experience with agency management systems preferred (AMS360 a plus)

Job Duties
- Evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate commercial insurance coverages
- Manage accounts within AMS360 (policy data, documentation, claims, submissions)
- Quote new business and remarket renewals through carrier platforms
- Communicate with carrier underwriters regarding new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
- Maintain accurate and organized client records
- Assist clients with claims communication and coordination
- Prepare Premium Finance Agreements and maintain proper documentation
- Partner with producers to develop and maintain profitable insurance programs
