Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with positive driving record
- Minimum three years experience in commercial HVAC maintenance
- Minimum three years experience repairing commercial cooking or refrigeration equipment
- Basic knowledge of commercial plumbing and electrical
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations
- Knowledge of building and energy management systems
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Intermediate math skills
- Ability to read and interpret site drawings
- Ability to work in congested areas
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to travel less than 10 percent
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in inclement weather
- Physical ability to bend, stoop, twist, crawl, and kneel
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid state driver’s license with a positive driving history
- Minimum three years of recent commercial HVAC maintenance experience
- Minimum three years of recent experience repairing commercial cooking or refrigeration equipment
- Basic knowledge of commercial plumbing and electrical systems
- Familiarity with OSHA guidelines
- Basic understanding of building management and energy management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Intermediate math skills
- Ability to read site drawings
- Strong attention to detail

Job Duties
- Perform installations and repairs of HVAC/R, food service equipment, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Respond to service requests and troubleshoot issues
- Communicate repair status with supervisors and store management
- Complete and submit same day work order repair notes
- Monitor and maintain truck stock for needed parts
- Maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms
- Inspect facility interiors and exteriors for safety and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
- Support guests and team members at the highest level
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
