Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver license and acceptable driving record
- Refrigeration EPA universal license
- Completion of satisfactory background check and drug screening
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business and technical documents
- Capable of writing reports and business correspondence
- Effective verbal communication with managers, clients, and colleagues
- Mathematics skills including fractions, ratios, and statistics
- Reasoning skills to solve complex technical problems
- Available for overtime and on-call assignments
- Willingness to comply with safety standards and vehicle maintenance protocols
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and handle exposure to various workplace hazards
Job Qualifications
- At least three years of related experience or training in equipment repair or maintenance
- Valid driver license with a clean driving record
- Refrigeration EPA universal license
- Strong communication skills, including report writing and customer interaction
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical materials and manuals
- Ability to use smartphones, tablets, and Microsoft Office applications
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new technical skills
- Ability to handle physical demands such as lifting up to 75 pounds and working in variable environmental conditions
Job Duties
- Repair, maintain, install or refurbish commercial beverage equipment according to service schedules and standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues on location
- Document all work accurately using company-provided technology
- Coordinate with management for timely scheduling of service calls
- Maintain cleanliness and preventive maintenance of the company vehicle
- Keep the service vehicle stocked with necessary tools and parts
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure service satisfaction
- Train new employees and develop quality control training programs
- Provide assistance and instruction to colleagues as needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned
