- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Energy efficiency experience is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Perform energy audits for small, less complex commercial buildings
- Record inspection results and customer interactions to meet program standards
- Troubleshoot technical issues per client specifications
- Serve as an on-site representative, encouraging program participation while overcoming barriers
- Travel within a defined territory (company vehicle provided, no overnight travel)
- Install energy-efficient equipment and verify installations
- Support Account Managers in promoting energy efficiency retrofits
