Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply
- Possess a valid driver’s license and adhere to AutoZone’s driver safety requirements
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts
- Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts
- Strong communication skills in Spanish and English
- Previous experience in automotive retail
- Valid Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) endorsement is a plus
- Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise
Job Duties
- Deliver WOW customer service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers by providing clear and professional automotive advice, offer installation services
- Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships
- Maintain efficient delivery operations by meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies
- Drive company-provided vehicles ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers, load and unload parts accurately per route schedules
- Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors
- Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment
- Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies
- Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems, maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly
