- Basic knowledge of automotive parts
- Ability to lift load and deliver merchandise
- High school diploma or equivalent GED preferred
- Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English preferred
- Previous experience in automotive retail preferred
- Hazmat endorsement is a plus
Job Duties
- Deliver WOW customer service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services
- Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts ensuring smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships
- Maintain efficient delivery operations meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies
- Drive company-provided vehicles ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers
- Load and unload parts accurately per route schedules
- Collect returns cores and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors
- Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment
- Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies
- Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems
- Maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly
