Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply
- Must possess a valid driver's license and adhere to AutoZone's driver safety requirements to ensure responsible and secure vehicle operation
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required
- Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
- Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English is beneficial
- Previous experience in automotive retail is a plus
- A valid Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) endorsement is preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Deliver WOW customer service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services
- Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships
- Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies
- Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers
- Load and unload parts accurately per route schedules
- Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors
- Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment
- Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies
- Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems
- Maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly
