Job Requirements
- minimum age requirement of 18 years
- valid driver’s license and compliance with AutoZone safety policies
- basic automotive parts knowledge
- physical ability to lift and load merchandise
- reliable and safe driving record
- ability to follow company policies and delivery schedules
- good communication skills
- willingness to work collaboratively with store teams and customers
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years old to apply
- must possess a valid driver’s license and adhere to AutoZone’s driver safety requirements
- basic knowledge of automotive parts
- ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise
- high school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
- strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English
- previous experience in automotive retail preferred
- valid Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) endorsement is a plus
Job Duties
- deliver WOW! customer service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services
- work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships
- maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies
- drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers
- load and unload parts accurately per route schedules
- collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors
- adhere to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment
- process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies
- stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems
- maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly
