Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply
- possess a valid driver’s license
- comply with AutoZone’s driver safety requirements
- basic automotive knowledge
- physical ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- basic knowledge of automotive parts
- strong communication skills especially in Spanish and English
- previous experience in automotive retail preferred
- valid Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) endorsement preferred
- ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise safely
Job Duties
- Deliver WOW customer service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers
- work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts ensuring smooth team collaboration
- maintain efficient delivery operations meeting time and accuracy goals
- drive company-provided vehicles ensuring safe and timely deliveries
- load and unload parts accurately per route schedules
- collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or vendors
- adhere to PPE and fleet safety policies
- process customer payments securely
- stay updated on promotions and automotive products
- maintain delivery vehicles and report issues promptly
