Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Possess a valid driver’s license and comply with AutoZone’s driver safety requirements
- Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise
- Flexible full-time schedule availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime
- No commercial driver’s license (CDL) required
- Adherence to safety guidelines and policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English is a plus
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts
- Previous experience in automotive retail is beneficial
- Valid Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) endorsement is preferred
- Strong people skills and customer service orientation
Job Duties
- Deliver automotive parts safely and on time to commercial customers and DIY shoppers
- Load and unload merchandise accurately per route schedules
- Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or vendors
- Adhere to personal protective equipment and fleet safety policies during all operations
- Process cash and charge transactions securely following company policies
- Provide clear and professional automotive advice to customers
- Maintain delivery vehicles and promptly report any issues
