Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old to apply
- possess a valid driver’s license
- basic automotive knowledge
- ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise
- full-time flexible schedule availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- exceptional communication in both Spanish and English
- basic knowledge of automotive parts
- previous experience in automotive retail preferred
- valid driver’s license
- knowledge of safe driving practices
- ability to work flexible hours including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime
Job Duties
- Deliver WOW! customer service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers
- work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships
- maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies
- drive company-provided vehicles ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts
- load and unload parts accurately per route schedules
- collect returns, cores, and parts from stores or vendors
- adhere to personal protective equipment guidelines and fleet safety policies
- process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies
- stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems
- maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly
