Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old to apply
- possess a valid driver’s license and adhere to autozone’s driver safety requirements to ensure responsible and secure vehicle operation
- basic knowledge of automotive parts
- ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise
- full-time flexible schedule availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent (ged)
- strong people skills and effective communication in both spanish and english
- previous experience in automotive retail
- valid driver’s license and safety compliance
- basic knowledge of automotive parts
- ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise
- full-time flexible schedule availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
- valid hazardous materials (hazmat) endorsement preferred
Job Duties
- deliver wow! customer service by engaging with commercial customers and diy shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services
- work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships
- maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies
- drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers
- load and unload parts accurately per route schedules
- collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors
- adhere to personal protective equipment guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment
