Job Duties
- Operate commercial dishwashing machines to clean kitchen equipment and service items
- Sort, rinse, and load items into the machine based on sanitation standards
- Unload, inspect, and organize clean items for reuse
- Maintain clean and sanitary work areas according to food safety guidelines
- Assist with general utility tasks and support daily production needs
- Follow safety protocols and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
