- Valid driver’s license
- Dependable vehicle with insurance
- Availability to work evenings and weekends

- Reliable transportation throughout Lake County area

- Preferred relocation to Merrillville, IN 46410 before starting work
Job Qualifications

- No prior cleaning experience required

- Ability to work independently

- Comfortable using mobile technology for work tasks
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds consistently
Job Duties
- Vacuum and mop floors and stairwells
- Clean and sanitize restrooms
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Dust desks, surfaces, and general office areas
- Clock in and out using mobile software
- Follow cleaning checklists to ensure quality
- Navigate to multiple job sites efficiently
