Job Duties
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of lobbies, restrooms, conference rooms, hallways, and other high-traffic areas throughout the day
- Provide prompt and courteous service when responding to on-demand cleaning requests from clients or building occupants
- Regularly check and restock restroom and kitchen supplies
- Perform light maintenance tasks such as spot-cleaning spills, wiping down touchpoints, emptying trash bins, and maintaining entryways
- Ensure all assigned areas are inspected periodically to uphold cleanliness standards
- Report maintenance or safety issues immediately to the supervisor or facility management
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members
- Follow all company safety procedures and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Serve as the face of Jidan Cleaning by maintaining a neat appearance, wearing a uniform, and demonstrating courtesy and professionalism at all times
