Job Requirements
- must have a reliable vehicle and valid drivers license
- hard work and motivation are a must
- must have a reliable smart phone
- commercial cleaning can be tiring: you must be able to consistently lift 20 lbs, bend, kneel, and twist while performing the necessary cleaning duties throughout the day
- must be willing to provide criminal and background check
- drive to and from locations based on scheduling
- keep equipment clean and always in ready to use conditions
Job Qualifications
- previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred but not required
- ability to work in a team or solo
- great communication skills
- attention to details
Job Duties
- perform general cleaning and sanitizing tasks throughout the assigned commercial spaces
- dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment
- vacuum carpets and mop floors in offices, lobbies, and other areas
- clean and restock restrooms
- empty trash and recycling bins, transporting waste to disposal areas
- follow all health and safety regulations
- use and maintain assigned cleaning equipment and materials properly
- report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
- ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner
- clean reachable areas in businesses with use of a two-step ladder
- drive to and from locations based on scheduling
